AGBOWA MASTERPLAN, NIGERIA

The Lagos State Government commissioned ourselves and First World Communities to relocate an entire community 50 miles northeast of Lagos to Agbowa. This community, which was featured on the BBC production 'Welcome to Lagos' in 2010, specialises in sawmilling and work in the timber trade and currently live and work in the industrial area and live in poor conditions.

Our masterplan, which sits on a site of 200Ha, enabled the introduction of adequate housing for families that have been accustomed to living in difficult conditions for generations.
