west african cultural centre

The Cultural Centre is a mixed use development on a 1 Hector site serving the wider community with a destination to celebrate the culture of the West African community in London.

The project has been designed to be as open as possible to draw in the local community. Central to the design is a centralised route acting as an ‘extension’ to the High Street by bringing the retail units and public realm right into the heart of the development.

The centre will provide the local community with:

  • Public Gallery exhibiting Yoruba and West African Culture

  • Three Function Halls (Seats 500 Dining / Seats 700 Theatre)

  • Restaurant / Bar Facilities

  • Retail Units x10

  • Commercial Units x12

  • Supermarket

  • Car Parking (1000 spaces)

  • Community Facilities (crèche, academic)
