Senior experience. Direct relationships.

Bolans is an independent, architecture-led practice working across scales — from individual houses and housing to community projects and international masterplanning.

Our size is deliberate. Clients work directly with senior decision-makers who stay close to the project from early strategy through planning, technical design, and construction.

The practice brings together experience from complex projects within major UK and international organisations, but applies it through a more agile studio structure: fewer layers, clearer responsibility, and continuity from concept to delivery.

We assemble project teams around the brief, combining architecture, masterplanning, surveying, interiors and building-services expertise where required.

Meet the team.
